It is unacceptable for women to get paid 77cents on the dollar as compared to men and it is even less than that in Michigan! I strongly believe women and men should get paid same for equal work, and this should be an issue agreed on regardless of party background. We must ensure this disparity in pay is done with as soon as possible and I will be a strong voice for this.
